All viewings are accompanied by an experienced member of our Team. Feedback is always asked for and we use this to ensure continual improvement of the properties that we offer.
It’s the little things that count – small touches like arriving early to make sure the property is ready for viewing, opening curtains and knowing the important details like knowing the location of the meters all ensure a positive viewing experience.

Land & New Homes
Action Estates can bring your land and new home developments to life with photo-realistic CGI.
From large scale residential developments to regeneration projects and single-plot builds, we have extensive experience in producing imagery that enables buyers to visualise the end result.
We will work with you to maximise the potential of your project, helping you sell your properties successfully and often off plans. We also work with independent architects to produce the plans if needed at the very early stages of a project.
Mortgages
We work with an independent mortgage advisor who has been helping clients in the midlands area for over 30 years. He can provide details of the latest mortgage rates available and advise on suitable options, based upon your own personal circumstances. He can meet with you at your home.
There is no charge for his initial advice, you only pay a fee upon completion of a mortgage, should you decide to proceed. Any fees payable will be presented to you in advance in a transparent and clear to understand manner, before you make any commitments, as will any resulting referral fees to Action Estates.
Surveys
We only work with fully qualified chartered surveyors and know some of the most experienced in the area. We would be very happy to introduce you to a surveyor who can advise on the right type of survey for your needs or obtain a range of quotes on your behalf.
Removals
We work with the best local removal companies who manage local, regional, national and international moves. With favourable rates to our clients just let us know if you would like an introduction and we will be delighted to help.
Trades
Working with the best qualified trades companies locally who have years of experience that have favourable rates to our clients we can get the job done.
House Clearance
Do you have a house full of items you want to sell, need to dispose of or simply don’t want anymore? Unsure where to start? We can put you in touch with trusted trade colleagues who can arrange to sell items from general household goods to fine art and antique furniture. They can also arrange complete house clearances where everything needs to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
